Welcome to Fendimart Enterprise (the “Store”), operated by Fendimart Enterprise (UEN: 53394197X) through www.fendimart.com.sg (the “Site”).

These Terms of Service apply to your use of the Site and orders placed directly through the Site.

Our Store is hosted on Shopify, which provides the e-commerce platform that enables us to offer and sell our products and services online.

By accessing, browsing, creating an account, or purchasing from the Site, you agree to these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, Return and Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, and other applicable policies published on the Site.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Site.

1. ACCESS AND CUSTOMER ACCOUNTS

You must be at least the age of majority applicable in your place of residence, or have the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian who can enter into a legally binding agreement, to make a purchase from the Site.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when placing an order or creating an account.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activities carried out through your account.

Please notify us promptly if you believe that your account has been accessed without authorisation.

2. PRODUCTS AND INFORMATION

We make reasonable efforts to display product information, descriptions, specifications, prices, and images accurately.

Product images are provided for reference and illustration purposes. Actual colours, packaging, labels, or appearance may vary slightly due to lighting, screen settings, manufacturing batches, supplier updates, or product improvements.

We reserve the right to correct errors, update product information, limit quantities, modify listings, or discontinue products where reasonably necessary.

If a material pricing or product-information error affects an order, we will contact the customer and provide an appropriate option, which may include confirming the corrected order or receiving a refund.

Product availability and quantities are subject to change without prior notice.

3. ORDERS, ACCEPTANCE, AND CANCELLATION

Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase products from Fendimart Enterprise.

An automated order acknowledgement or payment authorisation does not guarantee that an order has been accepted. We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including in cases of:

• Pricing or product-information errors

• Stock availability issues

• Incorrect or incomplete customer information

• Suspected fraud or unauthorised transactions

• Delivery or operational limitations

If we cancel an order after payment has been successfully received, the applicable payment will be refunded.

Customers may request cancellation before an order has been fulfilled. Please contact us as soon as possible.

Once an order has been fulfilled, dispatched, or placed in the designated self-collection box, cancellation may no longer be available. Any subsequent return request will be handled according to our Return and Refund Policy.

4. PRICING AND PAYMENT

All prices displayed on the Site are in Singapore Dollars (SGD) unless otherwise stated.

Prices, discounts, promotional offers, and product availability may change without prior notice.

Delivery fees and other applicable charges will be displayed before checkout where relevant.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate billing and payment information.

Payments are processed through authorised third-party payment providers. Fendimart Enterprise does not directly store complete payment card details on its own servers.

5. PRE-ORDER PRODUCTS

Products identified as “Pre-Order” are not immediately available for delivery or collection.

Any estimated arrival, delivery, or collection date shown for a pre-order product is an estimate only and may be affected by supplier availability, manufacturing schedules, customs clearance, transportation delays, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Payment requirements and estimated lead times will be stated on the relevant product page where available.

We will make reasonable efforts to provide updates if a significant delay occurs.

If we are unable to supply a pre-order product, we will contact the customer and provide an appropriate option, which may include an alternative product or a refund.

Cancellation and refund requests for pre-order products remain subject to these Terms, our Return and Refund Policy, and applicable Singapore law.

6. SHIPPING, DELIVERY, AND SELF-COLLECTION

Delivery times shown on the Site are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Fendimart Enterprise is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, public holidays, weather conditions, customs processes, incorrect delivery information, failed delivery attempts, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and contact number.

Self-collection is available by appointment only.

Approved self-collection orders will be placed in the designated collection box outside our unit. The exact collection location, date, time, and instructions will be provided after the appointment has been confirmed.

Please do not visit without a confirmed appointment. No walk-ins are accepted.

Customers should inspect their items promptly after delivery or collection and contact us as soon as possible if an item is missing, incorrect, damaged, or defective.

7. RETURNS, REFUNDS, EXCHANGES, AND WARRANTY

Return and refund requests are subject to our Return and Refund Policy.

Eligible return requests must generally be submitted within seven days from the date of delivery or self-collection and must meet the conditions stated in that policy.

Customers must contact Fendimart Enterprise and obtain approval before returning an item. Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.

Products that have been used, installed, modified, damaged through misuse, or returned without their original packaging and accessories may not be eligible for return, refund, or exchange, subject to applicable Singapore law.

Warranty claims are separate from ordinary returns and are subject to the applicable product warranty terms.

Warranty coverage generally applies to eligible manufacturing defects and does not cover misuse, accidental or physical damage, water damage, improper installation, unauthorised modification, normal wear and tear, or failure to follow product instructions.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under Singapore law.

8. PRODUCT USE AND SAFETY

Customers are responsible for selecting products suitable for their intended purpose and for following all product instructions, warnings, maintenance requirements, and safety information.

Where installation, electrical work, repair, or technical knowledge is required, customers should obtain assistance from a suitably qualified person.

To the extent permitted by law, Fendimart Enterprise is not responsible for damage caused by misuse, improper installation, unauthorised modification, failure to follow instructions, or use of a product for an unsuitable purpose.

Information relating to health, wellness, personal-care, herbal, or training products is provided for general product-information purposes only. It is not medical advice and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.

Individual results may vary. Customers with an existing medical condition, allergies, pregnancy, or who are taking medication should seek advice from a qualified healthcare professional before using an applicable product.

9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Unless otherwise stated, content created and owned by Fendimart Enterprise on the Site, including our branding, logos, text, graphics, and original designs, may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, or commercially used without our prior permission.

Third-party trademarks, brand names, product names, images, and logos remain the property of their respective owners.

10. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES AND SHOPIFY

The Site may use or contain links to third-party services, including payment, delivery, analytics, and technology providers.

These third parties may operate under their own terms and privacy policies. Fendimart Enterprise is not responsible for the content, availability, privacy practices, or services of third parties that we do not control.

Our online Store is powered by Shopify. Products purchased through the Site are sold by Fendimart Enterprise, not Shopify.

Shopify provides the e-commerce technology used to operate the Site but is not the seller, supplier, or warrantor of our products.

11. CUSTOMER REVIEWS AND FEEDBACK

If you voluntarily submit a review, photograph, testimonial, suggestion, or other feedback, you confirm that the content is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you have the right to submit it.

You grant Fendimart Enterprise reasonable permission to display or use submitted content for website, customer-service, and marketing purposes, subject to our Privacy Policy and applicable law.

We may remove content that is unlawful, abusive, misleading, unrelated, or infringes the rights of another person.

12. PROHIBITED USE

You must not use the Site:

• For unlawful or fraudulent purposes

• To provide false, inaccurate, or misleading information

• To interfere with the security or operation of the Site

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any liability or consumer right that cannot legally be excluded, restricted, or modified under applicable Singapore law.

14. INDEMNITY

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify Fendimart Enterprise against reasonable claims, losses, liabilities, or expenses arising directly from your unlawful misuse of the Site or material breach of these Terms.

15. GOVERNING LAW AND SEVERABILITY

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Singapore.

Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Singapore courts, subject to applicable law.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time to reflect changes to our business, Site, services, or legal requirements.
