How long does delivery take?
All orders are delivered within 3–5 working days within Singapore. Orders placed before 12pm on weekdays are processed the same day.
Is there free shipping?
Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all orders. No minimum spend required.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within Singapore. International shipping is not available at this time.
How do I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can also WhatsApp us at +65 8405 9090 for order updates.

What is the warranty period for INGCO products?
All INGCO tools come with a 1-year manufacturer's warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
What does the warranty cover?
The warranty covers manufacturing defects. It does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, unauthorised modifications, or normal wear and tear.
How do I make a warranty claim?

What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is in its original, unused condition with all original packaging and accessories intact.
How do I initiate a return?

When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days to your original payment method.
